Namche is the Sherpa capital of the Everest region, also called the Solo Khumbu. Famed for its weekly market, it has shops, bars, cafes and lots of tea houses making it an ideal stopping place for trekkers en route to Everest Base Camp.

Perfectly situated on the fringe of the Kathmandu Valley, Nagarkot delivers some of the best views of the Himalaya. In clear weather you can see all the way from the Annapurnas to the Kangchenjunga Massif on the Indian border.
